• Larger or fragile items (e.g. cages, ceramic hides) may be shipped via courier such as DPD

🔄 Returns

Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened food, treats, forage, or bedding products.

Return Shipping
