Freezing in two cycles effectively eliminates any potential insect eggs, larvae, or microscopic pests that may naturally occur in dried plant materials. This extra step provides added reassurance and supports the highest standards of hygiene and safety in your pet’s environment.

 Please check all items placed inside your hamster’s enclosure regularly for signs of chewing, gnawing, cracks, or loose pieces. Any item that becomes damaged or shows wear may pose a safety risk.
